Responsibility for the operational procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials to ensure smooth operation. Request and comparison of offers for optimal selection in the procurement process. Redemption of orders based on demand and production plan. Monitoring of dates and tracking of pending orders to comply with delivery times. Effective communication with domestic and foreign suppliers for smooth cooperation. Maintenance of supplier, product and price information in the ERP system to ensure current data. Careful audit of accounts in cooperation with financial accounting. Close exchange with production, work preparation, stock receipt and sales to promote cross-departmental efficiency. Ensuring trouble-free material flow to support production processes.

A successfully completed training in the commercial sector, for example as an industrial merchant or merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, forms the basis. Practical experience in operating shopping or in a comparable commercial position is an advantage. A structured, reliable and independent operation is distinguished. Sovereign dealing with MS Office is one of the core competencies. Experiences with ERP systems provide additional benefits. Communication skills and team spirit are key features. Good knowledge of the German language both oral and written are important. Basic knowledge in English is considered desirable.
