AI-based classification of freetext based service support desktop enquiries (SSD, field complaints) in error management process (FMP)

Manual pre-classification of documents for creating high-quality training data

Implementation of automation tools (e.g. scripts, macros or AI-based tools such as Copilot Pro)

Evaluation of data and production of automated reports. This includes, for example, the merge of data from different systems, the care of dashboards and the visualization of important KPIs for the FMP

Validation and quality control of developed AI models (checking classification results, error analysis)

Processing and structuring of documents (PDF, e-mail, scans etc.) for further processing

Support in the integration of AI solutions into existing tools or workflows

Cooperation with the DataScience and AI team to optimize models and data quality

Support for questions about the use of new automated solutions

Studies Engineering in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wirtsch. -Ingenieurwesen (optional depression AI) or comparable

Very good knowledge of IT tools and programming (e.g. in Python, VBA or similar languages)

Background knowledge in the field of using LLM models

Good organization and communication skills to collect business requirements and to pass on to IT requirements

Ability to move in AWS environment including necessary services to support POC and create good training/test data

Experience in the automation of processes (e.g. by macros, scripting or RPA tools)

First professional experience in the field of quality and development in the automotive industry
