Head of Human Resources - Fully Qualified Lawyer [Karlsruhe] (m/f/d)

In the course of an age-related succession, we are looking for an experienced full-time lawyer (m/w/d), who shapes our strategically and digitally oriented personnel area sustainable and acts as the first contact person (m/w/d) for all labour law issues. Your tasks – design, control, develop You take over the strategic and professional management of the Group's central personnel division with 15 employees in three teams (personal accounting & management, personnel development & recruiting and HR services) and run directly two department lines with a reporting line to the Executive Board. You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for executives and executives in all labour law issues and work confidently and trustfully with the works council and association bodies. As a syndicate attorney (m/w/d), you represent the group of companies – including process – in all labour law matters. You actively shape and develop the cooperative corporate culture and shape modern, digitized HR processes as well as work-related training and transformation formats.

Your profile – professionally strong, humanly convincing You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) with a focus on labour law; a specialist title is not absolutely necessary. Additional knowledge in social security and pay tax law is desirable. You have at least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in a senior HR function, ideally in corporate groups, associations or collective organisations. You act safely and confidently as an austerity partner for executives and executives and convince by negotiation skills and enforcement ability in dealing with works councils. You will bring a clear, strategic view of modern personnel topics, digitalization and change processes. As a team-oriented leader, you combine empathy with clarity and enjoy working actively.
