Leadership and strategic development of a team of about 25 employees from electronics & software development Development and implementation of a comprehensive roadmap for electronics and digitalization Promotion of innovations and digital product ideas incl. IoT integration and modular software architectures Introduction and optimization of structures, methods and leadership instruments Management and control of major development projects within the matrix organization Close cooperation with design, management, sales and other product areas
