from now on and in full time in Hamburg, Hannover, Munster.

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The area of Customer Solution (CS) Land & Luft is understood as a supporter and driver of the digitization of the Bundeswehr in the dimensions of land and air. We support both the military and the civil organisational areas of the Bundeswehr in the operational, process and organisational challenges of digitalization. In the Dimension Land, our D-LBO (Digitalization Land-based Operations) team is very active in this transformation. For our key role in the digitization of the Bundeswehr, we are looking for your support as a “Lead Expert Business Integration – Head of Technical Integration & Testing Military IT” for the technical-operative control of the task force. In this role, you take responsibility for a central project in one of the largest and most complex digitalization projects in Germany.

Your profile:

• Complete studies of engineering, (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications
• Embossed communication and stakeholder management expertise
• Experience in handling top management and complex program organisations and/or taskforce experience
• Multiannual experience in the management of complex projects and in the professional management of teams, ideally in the context of the public sector
• Ideally experience in the integration, testing and commissioning of complex IT systems, ideally in iterative/short-cycle approach models
• Strong analytical skills and their translation in pragmatic solutions
• Funded knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, agile methods)
• German and good English skills

Your tasks:

Technical direction of the project "Taskforce Technik" as a consulting service for the contracting authority

Coordination of stakeholders (industry/manufacturers, users, contracting authorities) across the test and integration cycles

Professional leadership and coordination of the approximately 10-person task force team from internal employees and external service providers

Manage stakeholders (until top management) with different objectives and interests in a complex environment

Development, mediation and communication of a common target image

Technical advice of the contracting authority and coordination with all relevant stakeholders

Identification of technical dependencies and risks as well as derivation and prioritisation of necessary adaptation measures
