Middle Office Manager - Real Estate Financing / Pfandbrief (m/f/d)

Our company has been present in Germany for over 30 years and today consists of 100 employees who support customers in Germany, Austria and German Switzerland.

We offer investment and hedging solutions and flow products for equity and bond markets as well as a full range of investment banking solutions that include acquisition financing, capital acquisition on the foreign and equity market, and M&A consulting through our global M&A network. We also offer financing, in particular in the global sectors of Natixis CIB, including electricity and renewable energies, infrastructure and real estate, and have its own German mortgage bank. This enables us to develop tailor-made real estate financing solutions for customers in Germany and throughout Europe.

You accompany new business from creating indistinct and binding term sheets to sign-off You check contracts as well as Conditions Precedent (CPs) and Conditions Subsequent (CSs) You carry out internal controls Refund Commitments and First Guarantee Confirmations You give relevant information to the back office and prepare payouts You collect funding in the middle office systems You enter and monitor current transactions You process customer requests You’ll start Annual Reviews and Waiver or join You care about the Middle Office systems You manage contract obligations and cash flows You coordinate partial and full back payments as well as the release of collateral You prepare Transfer Certificates together with Real Estate Finance and Asset Management & Portfolio Management and sign these You always communicate with customers and consortia partners You create and care for reports and files for various internal departments You’re working on internal and external audits You work in cross-disciplinary projects

You bring at least one year of professional experience in real estate financing, especially in the field of Pfandbrief You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification in financial or real estate You're safe with Excel You draw your attention through strong team skills and communication strength You communicate safely in German and have knowledge of English in C1 level Ideally you bring French knowledge
