We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of networks:

Testing, processing and control of digitally incoming customer requests & orders for standard network connections of the power, water, gas and heat (in conjunction with multi-saving network connections) Coordination and distribution of customer requests and orders within the network distribution as well as other departments

clarification of open points within the scope of the inquiry and order control, if necessary, in coordination with the customer or other technical or commercial contact persons (internal/external as well as topics or Area-wide)

Ordering the construction service providers or internal asset service areas required for execution, including preparation and transmission of the necessary documents (e.g. plan documents) in digital form

Reporting and controlling the entire request and order process using Power BI dashboard as well as further reporting tools

Monitoring of data transfer between the IT systems used Simplifier, SAP, supplier portal (e.g. transfer of data to SD/CS orders, debitor master files, connection objects, etc.)

Technical/Corporate Vocational Training (required in the Electricity Division) with functional professional experience ideally in the field of energy/supply/service services

Experience in the field of power supply and/or electrical building installation

Good PC knowledge with MS Office, SAP

A high degree of initiative and a customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach
