In the CRM team, you will develop our system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a digital business model in European trade. Together with marketing, sales and service, you opt for cross-border processes and contribute to improving the customer experience through modern and seamless CRM solutions. You analyze the requirements in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and transform them into sustainable, practical concepts. You translate technical requirements into smart workflows, recognize technical dependencies and ensure smooth processes. You are here from the beginning – from the first concept to the go-live. You bring technical understanding without programming yourself. Take care of coherent processes, question existing solutions and provide valuable impulses for continuous improvements. You work closely with departments and IT and develop digital, cross-border solutions that work sustainably.

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with comparable experience. You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, ideally in sales, marketing or service. You bring know-how in request analysis, conception and customizing. You recognize system relationships and think in workflows. You work structured, quality-oriented and have a good feeling for the big whole. You are team-ready, you think solution-oriented and enjoy digital sales processes.
