You actively participate in the Lean Manager's day-to-day business at the location and help identify optimization potentials. Your first project experience will help you initiate and manage Lean projects in the field of production, in close coordination with the production managers. You will also participate in local LEAN workshops. The implementation of Lean methods such as 5S, TPM, Shopfloor-Manage and more is also part of your task.

You will complete your studies in the field of engineering and mechanical engineering, economic engineering (e.g. with a focus on lean or production) or a comparable course of study. Ideally, you have first practical experience in an industrial enterprise. Personally, you are convinced by your initiative, ability to analyze, result orientation, organizational skills and quality orientation. The safe handling of MS Office applications is self-employed for you (SAP knowledge is advantageous). You have great interest in a production-related activity and in software applications there. Your conviction, your structured way of work and your communications talent are yours. You have very good German and good English skills.
