First contact person for employees, applicants and visitors Support in personnel management, e.g. maintenance of personal files, preparation of contracts and documents Active participation in the recruiting process and support of the onboarding of new colleagues Responsibility for office organization: coordination and appointment of office material, post management, general administrative tasks Central interface for internal concerns of employees and administrative personnel issues

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First professional experience in personnel or in a similar administrative function of advantage Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working Communication strength and a friendly, professional appearance discretion and reliability, especially in the handling of confidential information Team spirit and a solution-oriented and proactive way of working
