Accountant on a mini-job basis - financial accounting / salary (approx. 10-15 hours / month) (m/f/d)

Vierthaler IT GmbH is a modern IT service company based in Eching. Since its founding in 2018, we have been supporting companies and individuals to make their IT infrastructure sustainable and operate efficiently. Our focus is on innovative cloud and Microsoft solutions – in particular Microsoft 365, Azure and modern device concepts – combined with reliable IT operation, consulting and workshops. As an IT service company, we naturally work completely digitally – we also use digital processes and modern accounting software in our financial accounting.

Framework conditions: The position is intended as a minor job. The temporal extent is approx. 10-15 hours/month (flexible according to agreement). The activity takes place mainly on site in our office in Eching, mobile work is possible after incorporation.

Self-fulfilment of ongoing financial accounting (debitor and creditor accounting) Recording, testing and accounting of input or output accounts Monitoring of open items and carrying out dunning Preparation (and implementation) of wage and salary bills in cooperation with our tax advisor Examination and transmission of the sales tax pre-registration and the summary declaration Creation of a Process Documentation Accounting according to GoBD General administrative activities in the financial sector

Completed commercial training or further training in the field of accounting Practical experience in financial accounting and payroll accounting Experiences in Lexoffice or comparable accounting software Secure handling MS-Office Independent, structured and reliable operation Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
