IT Solution Manager (m/f/d)

Design of modern, future-proof IT system solutions focusing on software development and manufacturing solutions in the Naval Electronic Systems operating unit, taking into account safety, sustainability and technological innovation Central contact person:in for internal stakeholders in matters of IT system landscape, technological developments and digital innovations, including advice and support in implementing new requirements Management of IT projects and coordinated interface management between departments, IT and external partners Creation of solution architectures, technical concepts and strategic roadmaps for digital transformation Active participation in the analysis and implementation of new market requirements, legal requirements and technological trends, in particular with regard to security, confidentiality and certification. Analysis, optimization and automation of business processes to increase efficiency, quality and compliance.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, engineering or a comparable technical discipline focusing on software development, IT architecture or digital transformation Multiannual professional experience in IT solution consulting, project management or management, ideally in a safety-relevant environment or in a large consulting house Detectable experience in the development or integration of DevSecOps and AI-based applications in software development Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud technologies, modern software development and the application of AI-based solutions in safety-relevant environments Secure understanding of the development of software for arms and compliance with regulatory and anti-trust requirements Extensive experience in the technical management of IT projects, risk management and coordination with internal departments and external partners High sense of responsibility and reliability, especially in the processing of sensitive and confidential projects Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to grasp complex technical and organizational relationships and to process solution-oriented Strong problem-solving competence, including insecurity or rapidly changing requirements Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
