Accompanying and controlling the Group's international growth - especially in the USA, Great Britain and Asia - through the development of a group-wide treasury strategy with resilient treasury, financing and security structures Active identification of potentials for automation, digitization and the use of modern analysis and AI-based solutions in the treasury environment Continuous liquidity planning and control as well as short, medium and long-term liquidity precasts for all companies of the family-run holding company Construction / expansion of a cash pooling system (physical and / or notional) Assessment and implementation of appropriate financing structures taking into account costs, durations and covenants Identification, assessment and safeguarding of currency, interest and commodity price risks (IRS, Commodities) Completion and management of derivative contracts (Forwards, Waps, Options) in line with the hedging policy Creation of meaningful treasury reports for management and family of owners Working with M&A transactions, due diligence processes and post-Merger integrations on the financial side
