Our client is a national bicycle dealer of a very trendy bicycle brand with several branches in south baths. Whether e-bikes, engravers, racing bikes or mountain bikes - it's all there! We are looking for a workshop manager (m/w/d) with experience in bicycle repair, ideally with first leadership experience.

As a workshop manager, you play a key role in the company and are responsible for the management of three bicycle workshops. This includes the complete planning and organisation of the new-wheel assembly and bicycle repair with a team of two-wheel mechanics and bicycle engineers (m/w/d).

The end of this task: You develop step by step into the position of the service manager (m/w/d). In this task you take responsibility for the teams of technology and service with a total of 20 employees.

Location: Lörrach, Schopfheim, Müllheim

Management and organisation of workshop teams from assembly and repair Coordination of work orders in the daily business and responsibility for the utilization of the workshop, including personnel planning Monitoring and analysis of key figures with the aim of making and digitizing the processes around the bicycle assembly and workshop more efficient Cooperation and regular coordination with teams from sales and warehouses In your role you report directly to the management

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a two-wheeled mechanic, two-wheeled mechatronic, ideally with further training as a master two-wheeled mechanic (m/w/d) Experience in bicycle repair and maintenance First knowledge in the organization of a workshop Enthusiasm and passion for cycling and bicycle mechanics The ability to promote and demand a team paired with your view for process optimization and customer-oriented action
