At this point, you have the opportunity to actively participate in the creation of the NEW e‐motion hub - a fully-electric and digitized bus facility that you will accompany from planning to implementation.

Within the NEW e-motion-hub project, you take over the control of the industrial plants - via heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities as well as elevator systems as a contractor representation You independently clarify planning and construction tasks, develop space programs and agree with clients: inside, client: inside and outside authorities You can participate in tenders, performance directories and mass investigations and get comparison offers You coordinate specialist companies, external planners and specialist engineers:inside and accompany procurement processes You monitor the design, accompany commissioning, check invoices and documentation

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) of utility technology or comparable Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, Construction Contract Law, BauO NRW, ArbStättV, ASR and the generally accepted rules of the technology Experience in project management and contractor representation or the motivation to work into this task field Safe occurrence and communication strength in cooperation with internal and external interfaces Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and the ability to overlook complex technical relationships
