You are part of the team of imaging systems of the Centre for Information and Communication (ZIK). You work in the system support of the clinics on site in close cooperation with the other teams of the IT applications department and the IT infrastructure department in the ZIK. You form the technical and organizational interface between the clinics and the ZIK. Type of contract: unlimited Type of employment: Full-time Application until: 22.04.2026

Ensuring the care and operation of clinical applications, in particular in the field of image processing clinics for diagnostic and interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy (Ulm) and branch offices (Neuroradiology in BKH Günzburg, radiotherapy in Ehingen) Support of the following systems: radiology information system (RIS), nuclear medical information system (NIS), radiotherapy systems (including ARIA, Eclipse), PACS, KIS, Mint, Syngovia, ISP. On site user and manufacturer care and troubleshooting Advising clinical areas and institutes in IT issues, taking up requirements and developing process solutions. Implementation of updates, conceptual and practical introduction of new functionalities. Definition of modified requirements for the system Investment planning, procurement, installation and distribution of new hardware and software Supporting the interfaces to the KIS, PACS and Subsystems, error analysis and daily processing of error lists Support and management of regional network and server structures Implementation of individual and standardized evaluations for various areas such as research, controlling and workflow support Close cooperation with medical technology First- & second-level support for the supported applications Representation of system support on site and within the team Regional data protection coordinator Management of power detection (range of radiotherapy)

Specialist informatics*in (system integration) or comparable training, studies in medical computer science or medical documentation (Master) IT experience in the hospital environment is advantageous Knowledge of interfaces and standards (HL7, FHIR) Knowledge on data protection, information security, quality management and risk management Experiences with databases and SQL are beneficial Customer orientation, high social competence, team skills and very good German knowledge in word and writing Interest in driving innovative developments Ability to analytical and conceptual thinking Economic thinking and action
