Group Leader Service / Global Field Service Manager (m/f/d)

In the course of further growth, we are looking for a group leader service (m/w/d) at the next possible time. In this position you play a central role within the international service organization. You are responsible for the planning and control of worldwide service operations and develop a team of experienced service technicians. The aim is to sustainably strengthen the service organisation and to further develop efficient structures in the international service environment.

A personality with experience in the international service environment is sought, which knows the requirements of construction site and service applications from its own practice and has the pleasure of leading a team in worldwide use. The position is aimed at candidates (m/w/d) with leadership experience as well as personalities who, for example, are active as a construction manager, senior service technician or service manager (m/w/d) and want to take the next step into a responsible leadership role.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of an international team of service technicians in the worldwide field service Building and further development of the global service organization with the involvement of its own employees and (external) service partners Planning and disposition of international service operations and ensuring reliable staffing of construction sites Selection and control of external service providers including demand management and contract negotiations Participation in the costing of services and support in the economic management of ongoing service operations Ensuring compliance with relevant working, environmental and safety standards

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in international service or technical field service, ideally in the context of complex machine or plant engineering projects Technical understanding of complex plant structures as well as first leadership experience or strong leadership potential Analytical and Structured Operation and Entrepreneurial Thinking and Enforcement Good knowledge of SAP and common CRM systems such as Salesforce are of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness for occasional international missions (25%)
