The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Kaiserslautern is a combination of differentiated youth assistance offerings that span a stationary, outpatient and school-social-working spectrum. At over 18 locations in Kaiserslautern and a team of more than 70 public and voluntary employees, we can be found in the entire city area of Kaiserslautern.

At the SOS Children's Village Kaiserslautern we are looking for a Management subject m/w/d in parttime (min. 10 - max. 20 h/w)

In this versatile position, you are a central interface in everyday work and perform the following tasks in particular: You are the first contact person for employees, cooperation partners, donors and other external contacts and open, friendly and respectful to all people. You take over the organization of everyday office, including post-processing and administrative procedures You conduct the cash register conscientiously and responsibly You plan and check billing carefully and reliably Through your action, you contribute to the consistent implementation of child protection and care protection and thus support a safe and trusting environment

A commercial training or a comparable qualification A structured, careful and well-organised way of working A friendly, open and respectful appearance in dealing with different people A professional attitude in dealing with proximity and distance, especially towards the supervised children and young people A strong sense of responsibility and discretion and reliability
