We will then look for you as an employee Facility Management (m/w/x) in full or part time to strengthen our team at Harsewinkel's location. The position must first be fixed for one year. Technical support: Through minor repairs and maintenance, you make sure that our processes remain trouble-free. Buildings and conversions: You carry out self-contained work on, change and clearing in indoor and outdoor areas as well as in office spaces and ensure an optimal working environment Mounting and maintenance: Proper installation of wall structures such as signboards or TV devices as well as the execution of small repairs and extensions of the building equipment are part of your everyday life Documentation: All maintenance, testing and deviations are carefully documented to ensure transparency and traceability

Technical understanding: knowledge in the field of crafts and understanding of standard processes in the logistics environment Handicraft experience: Safe handling of tools and willingness to tackle technical challenges in a solution-oriented manner IT knowledge: Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 for documentation and communication Language skills: Very good German knowledge Soft Skills: Hands-on-Mentality, Reliability, Team Orientation and Responsible Action according to applicable safety regulations
