You support sales and product management in national tendering and tendering. You can use the processing, testing, compilation and follow-up of performance directories and offers, including all relevant documents and follow-up in GAEB format. In the case of larger tenders, you coordinate the commercial and technological customer requirements in close cooperation with internal departments and sales. Technical offer specifications tune with customers, planners and the sales team and develop matching change recommendations. Together with the Inside Sales and other editing units, you will ensure that all required documents for project enquiries are prepared, released and submitted in due time. In demanding customer projects, you will gain your technical expertise, develop solutions based on commercial aspects, and support the creation of a range of services. In exchange with product management and application engineering, you can clarify open technical and commercial questions on second-level support level. In addition, you analyze and monitor the follow-up of offers and conduct corresponding measures.

You have a completed technical or commercial training – ideally in the field of news or electrical engineering – or a study with an electrotechnical orientation. Ideally, you already have experience in the tender environment, in creating complex offers or in sales activities. An interface function with intensive exchange with various sales teams is fun. A routined handling of the current MS Office applications as well as knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, ePlato and GAEB are desirable. You are characterized by a structured, self-conscient, responsible and precise way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
