Various tasks Responsible evaluation of new locations: From identification of suitable areas to coordination with internal and external stakeholders, to support feasibility studies for feasibility Project planning and coordination: Developing and implementing detailed project plans for new buildings and modernising data centers taking into account timetables, budgets and resources Quality control: ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications throughout the project Communication and reporting: Regular communication with stakeholders, creating progress reports and presentations for management Technical monitoring: verification and acceptance of technical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards Sustainability management: Implementation of sustainability measures and energy-efficient solutions within the framework of the construction and modernization projects

Convincing profile They have completed university studies with the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable degree with relevant and long-term professional experience (e.g. mechatronics or KFZ electronics with further education / certification in the high-voltage field) They ideally bring experience in data centers and their technical facilities or a very good technical expertise with Your independent, structured and responsible way of working distinguishes you and you like to face new challenges Negotiating skills and a secure, communicative appearance are among your strengths In order to be able to communicate safely with internal and external partners, you have very good German skills, good English skills are advantageous
