Looking for a fascinating professional actuating field in an exciting and continuously growing team? Then take responsibility as an intern:in or working student:in at least 12 to 20 hours a week. Working with holistic green building concepts (sustainability real estate) Support in the certification of real estate according to ESG criteria and national and international green building standards Participation in the production of eco balance sheets and life cycle cost analyses Analysis and Evaluation of Material Eco- and Circular Product Assessments (C2C) Participation in the creation of innovative and pioneering energy concepts Development of holistic sustainability strategies of real estate (ESG) Support in consulting in the field of CO2 assessments

studies in the field of architecture, energy-efficient and sustainable building, environmental engineering, civil engineering, energy and heat engineering, or comparable courses or other professional focuses and knowledge in the field of ‘E-S-G’ in advanced studies Good computer skills, ideally in Excel or in simulation programs, TRNSYS and/or CAD knowledge Self-working and analytical skills Joy of interdisciplinary work and team spirit German knowledge of independent application level (at least B2)
