Internship in HR Process Management - from May 2026 (m/f/d)

As an intern in the HR Process Management area, you help us develop our HR process landscape in a future-oriented manner.

Your tasks: Working together to build a standardised end-to-end-HR process landscape (Recruit-to-Retire) to clearly and consistently map processes Contribution to the development of a central, uniform HR information source for processes, roles and systems Active participation in the harmonisation and standardisation of HR processes based on best practice standards Support in the design of a scalable HR process governance for the transparent control of processes Participation in the introduction of a KPI framework for effective process control and performance measurement

Study of economics or a comparable subject Ideally first contact points with processes, HR topics or organisational development - or high level of readiness for learning Routined in handling MS Office Very good German and English in word and writing Joy in understanding, visualizing and actively developing complex relationships
