Your tasks • Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for handling the complete application in the field of health insurance. • In addition, you work closely with your colleagues in product consulting and our speakers and have fun taking on (technical) special tasks, such as inventory actions. • You will be happy to help our business partners, as well as customers with all resolution issues. • Your tasks include the search and processing of open processes as well as the processing of the entry and exit mail. • In addition to the day-to-day business, you support us in the further development of our processes and find new ways of automated document processing with us.

Your profile • You have successfully completed your commercial training or have a comparable qualification. • You don't need previous insurance & financial services, but find our industry exciting. • You bring a distinct technical affinity and you want to work in our internal programs. • Your very good communication skills facilitate your cooperation with other departments as well as business partners and customers. • Structured and careful work is a matter of course for you. • You are very safe in handling MS Office and can convince us with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
