Support of the HR team in operational daily business Working with the creation and maintenance of personal documents and data Support in applicant management and organisation of interviews Creation and publication of job advertisements Support for onboarding and offboarding processes Working with HR projects and developing internal processes Preparation of evaluations, presentations and reports Acquisition of administrative and organisational tasks in the personnel sector

You are currently enrolled at a university or university, ideally with a focus on BWL, human resources management, economic psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course You are interested in HR topics and want to gain practical experience in personnel You work reliably, carefully and independently You are strong in communication and enjoy working with people You have idially good MS Office skills Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are advantageous Confidential handling of personal data is obvious to you
