Offer creation, accounting and credits and direct debits The competent support of customers, depots and business development managers on topics such as shipment tracking, delivery times and order status is part of your responsibility You take over the processing of returns, complaints, return requests and complaint management You provide support to our customers by phone and in writing (Inbound & Outbound) incl. general service and support services Our sales and marketing are supported by you in promotions, bonus agreements and market feedback
