Our Mobility, Property & QHSE team is looking for you and your energy right now for our location in Munich as a parent office for 12 months.

Description This is your new task As a specialist in quality, health, safety and environmental management (d/w/m), you play a key role in ensuring and improving our quality standards by supporting the location managers and actively contributing to the implementation of ISO standards. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Quality Management: Support the location managers in implementing and maintaining ISO standards 9001, 14001, KTA 1401, 45001 and 50001 Audits: Support for the implementation and documentation of internal audits and preparation for external certification audits Process improvement: Identify appropriate measures for the sustainable improvement of audit finding and implement measures to continuously improve processes Advice and documentation: Be a contact person for questions on quality, environmental and occupational safety and provide documentation, reports and statistics on QHSE topics Training and teamwork: Guide training, raise awareness among employees:in relation to QHSE topics and work closely with your colleagues:in order to ensure compliance with QHSE standards

Qualifications That's what you bring Complete vocational training in the field of logistics or technical vocational training with additional qualification in quality management Knowledge of common quality methods and instruments as well as IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and WMS Very good German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) Strong analytical skills, pronounced communication skills, social competence and proactive functioning Ideally, first professional experience in the field of quality management and well-founded process management skills in logistics Travel readiness (approx. 20%)
