Self-configuration of personal administrative processes from entry to exit Pre- and post-processing of external salary billing and the creation of personal statistics Responsibility for the time recording system including maintenance and control of working and missing times Organisation of occupational medical examinations in coordination with the contracted occupational physician Communication with the external pay office, social security institutions, authorities and health insurance companies Maintenance of personal master files and digital personal files

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training to the personal businessman (m/w/d) First professional experience in the personnel sector is advantageous Embossed organizational and communication skills and a high degree of discretion Careful and structured operation Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
