We are looking for you to build an internal Red Team in continuous engagement.

This will be your tasks

You will discover and analyze concrete vulnerabilities in the IT security of Group IT as part of Red Teaming Engagements. You will find ways to achieve defined goals with the help of these vulnerabilities. You will be able to create external attackers and develop optimized attack strategies to test and strengthen our system. You document your findings and procedures carefully, communicate them clearly and reproduce them conclusively. You advise and support the Blue team in the analysis of protocols and incidents as well as the areas of expertise in the assessment of risks. You make valuable contributions to the continuous improvement of our security processes. In this task you play a key role in the IT security of Provincial Insurance and thus contribute to the public order.

That's what you bring

A successfully completed university study of (economic) mathematics, (economic) computer science (bachelor, diploma/master) or comparable discipline or equivalent qualification, alternatively a comparable training Multiannual professional experience in open information security, pen testing and simulation of attacks Enthusiasm for responsibly offensive IT security, coupled with a rapid understanding Deep technical knowledge of network communication, common operating systems and system programming Detections, for example with OSCP certification, publications or CTF results Expert knowledge about the contents of the Mitres Attack Knowledge Base, the usual tools such as crowdstrike, metasploit, bloodhound and also unusual tools Practical skills for LOLBins and more modern techniques for Detection Evasion Joy of team and interdisciplinary work, coupled with strong and constructive communication skills You like to convey your experience and knowledge to train the Blue Team
