Surveying engineer for office work (m/f/d)

Creation, maintenance and updating of existing plans and plan documents for new construction, reconstruction, development and conservation measures using CAD applications. Evaluation, processing and modelling of measurement-related data from different sensor systems (e.g. tachymetry, mobile and terrestrial laser scanning) for road and construction planning. Planning, coordination and processing of engineering services, including measurement engineering calculations, data processing and support for external measurements. Participation in the creation of tender documents, performance descriptions and the award, control and execution of engineering and surveying services. Processing of special projects in the field of BIM, OKSTRA and geoinformation systems, including data migration, 3D modelling, quality assurance of laser scan data and geodata and coordinate transformations. Cooperation with internal departments as well as active participation in working groups, specialist bodies and expert meetings on further development and networking.

Completed studies as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor Surveying and Geoinformation, Geodesy or Comparative Qualification and Suitability Multiannual professional experience in surveying and in-depth knowledge of engineering and cataster surveying. Safe knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and procurement regulations (including ZTV‐Verm, ZTV‐Ing, DIN, HOAI, VOB). Experience in handling CAD, GIS and surveying software (e.g. CARD/1, Geograf, Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS) and good Microsoft Office skills. Good knowledge of engineering geodesy, the evaluation of measurement data and the creation of digital terrain models. Experience in handling geobase data (ALKIS, ATKIS, AFIS), geodata formats (OKSTRA, REB) as well as data modeling and data cutting points. In-depth knowledge of coordinate and altitude reference systems as well as experience in the award and control of engineering and surveying services.

Group of charges: E12 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
