You're a carpenter out of conviction and ready to go the next step? You like to hold the tool in your hand, but never lose sight of the big whole? Then we're looking for you.

Your tasks

• You will lead your team at the construction site
• Active cooperation in the production of high-quality outdoor saunas and spa hats
• Woodworking and high-quality materials with modern and classic techniques
• Implementation of individual customer requests and custom productions
• Quality control – ensuring clean processing according to our standards
• Active commemoration of improvements in process, quality and organization

What you bring with you

• Complete training as a carpenter, carpenter, also as a master or comparable training
• Multiannual experience in wood processing and safe handling of machinery
• Responsibility and a safe eye for quality and details
• Joy in guiding and developing a small team
• Structured, reliable and independent operation
• Clear communication, team skills and real hands-on mentality
• passion for craftsmanship and individual production

Experience as a foreman or team leader is a plus, the will for responsibility and professional safety is crucial.
