Our client is a nationally established company with more than 1000 employees (m/w/d) in the Rottweil area. We are currently looking for a Payroll specialist / Payreferent / Payroll and salary book holder with Focus Personalcontrolling (m/w/d).

[FSH/128113] Participation in payment accounting as technical support and savings partner Creation and further development of statistical evaluations & reports Working on budgets & personnel costs Preparation and analysis of tariff developments (e.g. TVöD/AVR) Development of Excel-based tools for control and planning

Practical experience in pay billing, ideally in public or social areas Very good knowledge in Excel, ideally with experience in planning tables or data models Interest in numbers, planning and controlling tasks in the personnel sector Basic understanding of tariff logic and refinancing systems in healthcare Analytical thinking, self-employment and joy in responsibility
