Artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities in automated software backup. As part of this internship / this thesis, you will explore and develop innovative approaches to AI-based generation of regression tests for system integration of electrical drive systems. The aim is to reduce the manual effort in the production of the test, to increase the test coverage and to improve the efficiency of the fuse sustainably. These challenges include: Analysis of existing test cases, test specifications and software requirements in the eDrive environment Development of concepts for AI-based generation of regression tests Evaluation and application of modern AI/LLM technologies for automated production of test cases Development of Python-based prototypes and automation tools Implementation of feasibility studies and evaluation of the generated test cases in terms of quality and test coverage Integration of the developed approaches into existing test and development processes Visualization and evaluation of relevant key figures using dashboards Presentation of results to specialist departments and project partners
