Customer advisor Sales (m/f/d)

You are advising our customers sales-oriented and actively selling products and services of the company. You offer existing customer solutions to improve existing contracts in price and performance. You identify and win new customers through cross-selling. You serve the sales hotline and take care of customer requests. You will start contract offers and follow actively selected offers.

The place is initially limited for 1.5 years.

You have an apprenticeship in the commercial sector, preferably with an additional qualification as a specialist. You have extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and sales. You know yourself in the energy industry and know the legal framework. A distinctive sales talent, a safe occurrence and joy in customer contact are the key to your attention.
