In order to support our team at the Headoffice in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we are now looking for a staff assistant payroll / Specialist Payroll (m/w/d). Creation of wage and salary accounting for a defined group of employees Advice and support of employees and executives in all accounting issues Processing of all personnel administration from entry to exit, including master data maintenance Creation of evaluations, statistics and calculations Determination of accounting provisions Processing of time recording Participation in personnel projects

Successfully completed commercial or tax professional training or completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in personnel with specialisation in wage and salary accounting Extensive knowledge in the field of labour, wage tax and social security law as well as wage and salary accounting is absolutely necessary Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Very well-founded knowledge in DATEV or comparable programs Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Teamability with a pronounced concept of service Fun at staff work
