You lead, direct, advise and promote your employees You are responsible for personnel deployment planning using software support including Holiday planning and downtime management, personnel management and personnel development of the care team You ensure the planning, design and implementation of care while maintaining dialyse-specific aspects and care standards You are also responsible for the implementation of operational (quality) standards under the current legal, medical, technical and hygienic aspects You work together with the medical and commercial management to further develop and improve the kidney center You shall ensure that the services and documentation carried out are provided in the context of the performance statement.

You have completed training in health care and nursing or as a medical specialist (m/w/d) At best, you have a completed training to run a station or have the willingness to participate in executive development programs.
