We supply specialist retailers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m2 central warehouse in Heeslingen in Lower Saxony. Team leadership with responsibility: management, motivation and professional leadership of a team of up to 25 employees Take in: Training new employees and ensuring a smooth start Optimize processes: Compliance and continuous improvement of all processes in close coordination with the supervisor Keeping quality standards: ensuring the customer's high quality standards and ensuring efficient processes Safety & order: Responsibility for compliance with order and cleanliness as well as all occupational safety guidelines

Training & Qualification: Successful completion of training, ideally as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/w/d) Professional experience & expertise: First experience in a leadership position and good understanding of logistics processes IT- & language skills: Good MS-Office skills and reliable German skills Personal competence: communication and motivation as well as role model function, strong sense of responsibility, enforcing ability and readiness for shiftwork
