Assistant to the Managing Director - Travel / Real Estate / Booking (m/f/d)

For more than 20 years, our team has been supporting IT, consulting and consulting agencies all over Germany around company insurance and precautionary concepts. Managing directors, specialists and executives, as well as their families, we advise on the topics of occupational health insurance, health insurance and tax-optimized retirement provision. As an independent financial and insurance broker, we are contractually not bound to a product partner, but work together on behalf of our customers with over 800 product partners. You plan and book business trips for our managing director You monitor changes in travel details and adjust them to suit your needs You are responsible for managing inventory properties and creating additional cost accounting You are constantly updating assets You prepare the private accounting of our managing director for the tax advisor You support the editing of the post and the deposit You carry out research on non-European transport possibilities You support general administrative work

You have a completed commercial training and a basic understanding of economic processes You convince by your numerical understanding and your technical affinity You convince by your strong organizational skills in the office environment You work independently, take your own initiative and think solution-oriented You speak German (C2)
