• Experience in the field of building cleaning and staff management, preferably multiannual experience as a foreman
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Reliability, readiness for use and friendly, safe occurrence in handling our customers
• Ready for weekend work

Your responsibility

• Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in our own responsibility
• design of personnel planning and the management of their own employees
• Maintenance of reporting and documentation
• monitoring of working time arrangements, compliance with the time requirements, as well as the collection of working hours and work in relation to timely wage billing
• Support for monthly closing, billing preparation, material order
• Object analysis and quality control
• Close cooperation with the object management and the contact persons of the customers on site

Your working hours

• From now on, first 1 year limited with option to takeover
• Part-time, 36 hours/week
• Monday to Saturday, 6 days/week
• Frame work time: 06:00 to 12:00
