The field of construction project management is responsible for the planning, execution and implementation of all new construction projects and major maintenance measures for urban cleaning Hamburg. They plan and conduct the electrotechnical structures in the field of technical building equipment in different properties in all performance phases according to HOAI. In the field of TGA, the high-voltage systems, medium-voltage systems, telecommunications and information systems as well as the building automation are among your tasks. To do this, you will independently process small projects. For large-scale projects, commission and control external planning companies and actively participate in planning and coordination with internal and external project participants.

Complete study of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, the planning, calculation and creation of performance directories and the construction monitoring of medium-sized construction projects Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as in MS Office, MS Project, AVA (ORCA), CAD (E-Plan) and SAP They work independently, responsibly and structured, communicate clearly and sovereignly, think and act extremely quality- and cost-conscious and are team-ready.
