For our market in Bamberg we are looking for you as department manager (m/w/d) They serve our customers in the dry range and provide a pleasant shopping experience You act service-oriented and provide our customers with competent advice You are responsible for the disposition of the goods You are responsible for product and assortment care You can use advertising measures You check the goods for quality and freshness They ensure compliance with hygiene regulations They represent our company inside and outside and operate an active customer retention and recovery

You have a completed training in food trade They bring experiences in the field of employee management, as department manager or in the field of food trade, as well as possibly. Further and further training You have sound knowledge of goods They provide good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP Your strengths include enforcement, communication skills, flexibility and decision-making They are characterized by sovereign appearance, an above-average commitment and very good team and cooperation behavior
