Multiannual, relevant professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in the industrial, craft or logistic environment. Very good and practical knowledge of labour law. Experience with international shipments is a strong plus. A structured, absolutely independent way of working with “Hands-on” mentality. High communication strength, enforcement capacity and empathy.
