In the real estate sector, we manage buildings and plots and are experts in inheritance law, lease, rent and service housing. The Ev.-Luth. Kirchenkreis Hamburg-Ost is looking for an ''Immobilien und Interne Dienst'' as soon as possible Praktikant (m/w/d), Full-time, limited for 2 years with option to determinate.

You and your colleagues manage church residential and commercial properties (no WEG administration) Their area of work lies primarily in the independent and responsible handling of the contractual relations including Object visits, housing transfers and processing of complaints and claims New rental including hire search Creation of heating and operating expenses Control and verification of payment inputs, dunning and bail processing Correspondence with tenants, tenants, authorities and external service providers

You have a successfully completed training as a real estate businessman* real estate businessman and have solid professional experience that you have collected in an apartment or real estate company You convince by your open, safe and competent appearance We require a responsible, structured and correct functioning as well as very good communication skills in word and writing. Your action is always customer-friendly and solution- and service-oriented You work safely with MS356.
