As a ServiceNow Architect, you will take a key role in our delivery team, answer the entire platform design and translate the customer's business requirements into technical solutions. You will ensure the architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow platform.

Tasks Development of End-to-End ServiceNow Architectures across modules such as ITSM, ITOM & ITAM Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across ServiceNow projects Design of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors) Definition of platform architecture principles, standards and guidelines Cooperation with customers (Platform Owners, Product Owners, Architects) to present designs and match solutions Pre-sales support (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), including scoping, sizing, documentation release and production release Performance of ServiceNow demos for customers to present platform skills and solutions Strong presence as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders

Multiannual proven experience in working with ServiceNow platforms Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect or Lead Technical Consultant Funded knowledge in:ServiceNow platform capabilities ITSM, CMDB & CSDM ITOM Discovery (on-prem and cloud), ACC and Integrations ITAM Flow Designer, JavaScript, SQL, import sets and transform maps

Deep understanding of CMDB governance/architecture, including Identification & Reconciliation Engine and its impact on data quality Experience with agile / SAFe / hybrid project implementation ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certificate, any other CIS such as Discovery, SAM, HAM or CTA would be beneficial Communication and team skills combined with a proactive Can-do setting combined with proactive self-responsibility Ability to maintain the balance between standardization vs. custom requirements

If this place is occupied in Austria, the salary of this position in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least 4485,-EUR per month at 38.5 hours per week. However, according to your qualification and professional experience, the actual salary can go significantly beyond it.
