You are responsible for the strategic development of apotheken.de's product portfolio

You develop innovative and profitable business models and sales strategies

You take control of sales partners and technical service providers

You conduct your hybrid, twelve-member team of product, project and service managers cooperatively and competently

You have a good feeling for market trends and identify new digital solutions for pharmacies

You communicate with stakeholders and build partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders

You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce or comparable study subject

You are already experienced in the leadership of teams and brings at least 5 years of experience in leading positions in the digital environment, ideally in healthcare

You have market knowledge in pharmacy and are aware of the special challenges in the drug market

You have a good understanding of web development & cloud technologies

You can already demonstrate success in developing and implementing eCommerce strategies

You have joy in targeted communication, analytical thinking and has a hand-on mentality
