QUALITY MANAGEMENT/AUDIT Location: Ulm Start: ideal for 01.03.2026 or 01.04.2026

1. System audit (ISO 9001): Support for audit preparation Documentation review: Assessment and verification of process descriptions, process instructions and quality documents Participation in the preparation of audit evidence

2. Process audit (PCPA): Participation as a co-auditor during audits Documentation of observations, deviations and potential for improvement Creation or completion of the audit report on the basis of the results collected

3. Product audit (XQA, CPA): Support of auditors when creating product audit reports Evaluation of error data from the audits Support for follow-ups to identified deviations

4. KPI Management & Reporting Updating Audit KPIs in Power BI Care and preparation of the KPI board

Immatriculated student*in in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or similar courses Basic knowledge of quality management and audit methods desirable Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Power-BI identifiers (creating and updating dashboards, data modelling based on predefined structures) Analytical thinking ability, structured working methods and pronounced communication skills Self-employed and careful working and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English
