For our Düsseldorf location we are looking for you as: Werkstudent Fleet Management / Fuhrparkmanagement / Purchasing (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Complete fleet management: control of the vehicle lifecycle from configuration and order via the pool management to vehicle return. Energy Management & Controlling: Administration of tank and charging cards as well as monitoring and reporting of consumption data. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (UVV tests, driver's license controls) and coordination of damage management. Contract & service provider control: central interface for leasing providers, insurance companies and certification bodies, including master data maintenance. Financial Administration: Examination, consolidation and approval of invoices and clarification of differences with external partners. Reporting & Governance: Creating sound ad hoc analyses and active participation in the optimization of fleet policies and processes. Perspective extension: Active incorporation into further strategic purchasing processes (e.g. non-trade guarantee) depending on interest and demand.

Studies: Immatriculated in Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Logistics, Automotive Management or a comparable degree course. IT-Skills: Secure handling of MS Excel as well as a pronounced affinity for data analysis and reporting. Languages: German at native language level (C1/C2) in word and writing; good English skills are advantageous. Operation: High level of self-organization, reliability and a structured approach to complex tasks. Soft Skills: Strong communication and pronounced proactivity in organizational issues. Experience: Ideally, first practical insights into administration, fleet management or a similar service environment.
