Manager Legal & Structuring (m/f/d)

Advising the management and specialist departments on all issues of investment law, corporate law and real estate law Support for tax support for real estate funds (especially special AIFs) and their structuring, taking into account tax conditions Creation and verification of contract documents (e.g. contract terms, purchase contracts, service contracts) Monitoring the structuring of transactions (sales and sale of real estate) including legal and tax due diligence Communication with external consultants (legal attorneys, tax advisors, auditors) and authorities Monitoring and implementation of legal changes in investment law and tax law Participation in internal compliance and governance processes

A successfully completed legal degree (full legal expert) or comparable qualification with a focus on corporate and/or real estate law Found professional experience in the field of investment law (KAGB) First experience in tax law, in particular in the field of real estate and fund structures Professional experience in a capital management company, audit firm or law firm of advantage Analytical thinking, structured working and high communication skills German and English language skills in word and writing In addition to a dedicated, structured and both meticulous and solution-oriented way of working, you are characterized by high team capability, reliability and self-initiative Standing for occasional missions
