Your specialist areas Human Resource Management and Economic Law with the focus on employment law represent you in full width, both in specialist introductory and deepening events as well as in basic events of business administration and economic law. You implement the harmony of application-related research and teaching with innovative ideas and concepts and actively promote third-party funding. You support the internationalisation of study programmes, in particular cooperation with foreign partners. You realize cooperation with companies in the region. You work actively in academic self-government and in bodies of university administration. You are ready to perform events in English.

You can present an above-average degree in a legal or economic degree course. In the other areas of the subject, you have acquired deeper knowledge through appropriate study focuses, training courses and professional practice. A second legal state exam is not absolutely necessary. You have a relevant themed, above-average promotion. Further scientific publications in relevant subjects are desirable. You have acquired your multiannual practical experience in the company context in human resources management and labour law. You have actively helped modern human resource management with its legal and economic implications and ideally gained first leadership experience. Their working style and way of thinking are characterized by an interdisciplinary perspective. An active discussion of new trends in practice, research and teaching is of course for you. Multiannual teaching experience in one of the required subjects is desirable. You master the German and English language in word and writing. You are experienced in the application and processing as well as in the management of research and development projects.
