  Your tasks:

• Care and advice of our national and international customers and handling of telephone and written requests

• Responsibility for defined customers, securing the inventory business and expanding business by taking over new projects / customer acquisition

• Development and maintenance of personal customer relationship

• Responsibility for order management, i.e. acceptance, collection and processing of orders and delivery plans, including appointment monitoring

• Creation of price calculations and customer-specific offers as well as offering tracking

• Creation of monthly forecasts and cooperation in annual sales planning

Your qualifications:

• Professional training or equivalent qualification by acquired professional experience
• Structured, independent and accurate working with high commitment, performance motivation and targeting
• Representative sales, service and customer orientation as well as communication skills
• Proactive, motivated and empathic personality
• Fun on teamwork and constructive and collaborative cooperation with the interfaces
• Very good user knowledge in SAP, MS Office, CRM
• Flowing German and English skills, other foreign language of advantage
